A Typical Meal
We start with a sequence of apetizers: grilled veggies, eggplant balls, zucchine flowers fried dough, scamorza fondue on lemon leaves and a selection of fine cheese from the Monte Poro area nearby.
The meal continues with home made pasta flavoured with the ingredients and fragrances that the ground offers in that day.
Fresh fish or locally raised meat are the second course of the meal and are oftentimes cooked in the ancient wood oven from which a delicious pizza is also baked.
Everything garnished with the house-made extravirgin olive oil “Colli di Tropea”.
Exquisite desserts complete the meal. The wine cellar hides delightful surprises.
